Everybody Wants to Rule the World.

So, yeah, this blog will be about me, my writing and all the crap that I wish, think, dream, or otherwise do.

I have been struggling with a huge case of writers block on several stories that I have running in the Harry Potter fanfiction universe. I got into writing fanfiction because I figured it would help me understand the mechanics of story-telling, writing, and characterization. Unfortunately, it has also served as an addiction. The feedback that I get from the few readers I have is just marvelous. I enjoy interacting with people about the scenarios I have created. When, and I do plan to do this, I decide to try my hand at my own fiction, I am afraid I will miss the support of my colleagues in the fanfic world.

I've seen it happen to a lot of very good writers. They establish this rapport with their readers and when they move on, they have to return to fanfic periodically to get the ego stoking that a nice review can give them.

I know, this is a boring post.
